What is ‘The Telegraph Magazine’?

What is it?- The Telegraph Magazine is the supplement magazine that comes with the Saturday edition of The Daily Telegraph newspaper. On a Sunday, the ‘sister magazine’ The Sunday Telegraph is released which comes with a different sunday supplement, Stella Magazine.

Newspaper History- The parent newspaper of the supplement, The Daily Telegraph newspaper was first released in 1855 as the ‘Daily Telegraph & Courier’. Later on in 1961, the sunday version ‘The Sunday Telegraph’ was released.

Supplement History- The Telegraph Magazine was first published with the Daily Telegraph newspaper in 1964.When first released, it was called the ‘Weekend Telegraph’, but was renamed ‘The Daily Telegraph Magazine’ in 1967. The magazine was published only on Fridays until 1976 and then it changed to the Saturday newspaper, which still stands today.
